A female guidance counsellor has been charged with the rape of a 14-year-old boy after the pair allegedly had sex in the victim's bed and even in a car outside a supermarket.
Kelly Ann Schutte, 35, from Pennsylvania was arrested on Thursday (November 9 ), accused of three counts of sexual assault. According to Montgomery County court records these include: intercourse or sexual contact with a student; three counts of indecent assault of a person less than 16-years-old; and one count of corruption of minors
Schutte allegedly began grooming the 14-year-old boy in 2022 and engaged in a sexual relationship with him this past summer, becoming close whilst on a school field trip.

Police were first informed of the boy’s alleged relationship with Schutte on July 17, when he called his parents asking to be picked up telling them he has been kissing Schutte in her home. His mother rang the police and said her son was in a sexual relationship with the 35-year-old.
The boy’s parents found him hiding behind a car, before he alleged Schutte’s family saw them together and ordered the boy to leave their home.
Two days later the boy told investigators that his contact with Schutte commenced in autumn of 2022 when he sat next to the teacher on a bus during a school trip.
The boy alleged after this the woman regularly called him to her office occasionally meaning he missed class. The boy alleged that he and Schutte had eventually engaged in sexual activity.

Reportedly one sex act was inside the school teacher’s car, near her home, and another time when the boy’s family was away this was at his home.
Investigators allege Schutte and the child initially used the school district’s messaging app Canvas to communicate before moving to Snapchat during the school holidays.
Investigators said surveillance footage substantiated the boy’s story, including that Schute left one of her earrings at the boy’s home according to court documents.
