An extreme stripper in Benidorm who puts on "graphic" shows featuring pegging, lollipops and full frontal nudity was "inspired" by Sticky Vicky, she and her partner claim. The iconic performer – whose real name is Victoria María Aragüés Gadea passed away age 80 earlier this week of heart failure.
Daily Star spoke to modern day sex show performer Jade Benidorm, @jadebenidorm, and her partner Frank the Stag Man, @frankthestagman, about the woman who started the Spanish town’s extreme entertainment sector – and they claim she’s had a major impact on all Benidorm sex shows.
Sticky Vicky spent 35 years on stage show included magical acts like appearing to shoot razor blades and ping pong balls out of her genitals. Now, sex shows across Benidorm are more extreme than anything you’ll find in Britain.

In the wake of Sticky Vicky’s death, Frank and Jade sat down to tell the Travel team about the performer's impact on the strip scene in Spain. Frank said: "I think Sticky Vicky being here and the type of show created what is normal here and what is acceptable."“Jade said herself that she’s always felt that it’s OK to push the boundaries here so I think there is a bit of inspiration there because Jade’s show is so graphic."

Jade noted about Vicky’s show: "It’s always been one of those things you need to see." The pair also noted that people often expect them to be in competition with the Sticky Vicky performance.
Frank, who often gets Jade to strip for the stag dos he organises, said: "We always say no, they’re both fantastic shows and they’re both very different. Vicky’s is more of a magic show."
Jade added: "Her’s is more cabaret" and Frank replied: "Jade’s is more in-your-face sexual."
However, they say that they both admired the older performer’s show – even now that her daughter has taken over. Jade said: "She’s keeping the show going to honour her mum, that’s important for Maria [Sticky Vicky’s daughter]."
Despite his stripper wife's show being more extreme and graphic, Frank noted that Vicky's show was a major part of what made Benidorm successful and paved the way for performances like Jade's, describing her as "such an important part of what has grown Benidorm into what it is". He added that he works with hundreds of groups a week and says "people mention Sticky Vicky all the time".
Frank believes that Sticky Vicky has had such a huge impact on the town that she deserves a plaque to recognise her work. Plus, Frank and partner Jade have been producing a show interviewing the biggest stars of Benidorm which will feature the icon talking about her rise to fame. The show – Benidorm: The Greatest Story Never Told – is set to be released on December 21 on their website Stagman.TV. the first episode, named 'Before Sticky', will feature the legend in her own home alongside her daughter, Maria.
