\u200cMany British expats move abroad to seek a new job opportunity. However, this isn\u2019t always easy.<\/p>\n
According to the InterNations Expat Insider survey, Rome is the worst city in the world for British expats looking to work abroad.<\/p>\n
Only one in 10 expats thought the job market in the Italian capital was good compared to 47 percent globally.<\/p>\n
More than a third of expats surveyed said that moving to Rome hadn\u2019t improved their career prospects while people also felt they didn\u2019t have much job security.<\/p>\n
One American expat told the survey: \u201cThe job market is very difficult to navigate, especially if you\u2019re older than your 30s.\u201d<\/p>\n
