Police have released CCTV footage showing missing mum Gaynor Lord leaving work just hours before she vanished.<\/p>\n
The mum-of-three, 55, was last seen on Friday (December 8) in Norwich, Norfolk, after leaving her job at a department store early, the Daily Star previously reported. The disappearance has sparked a large-scale manhunt involving drones, divers and the fire brigade.<\/p>\n
Today police have released the footage of the time she was last seen and have asked people to come forward with any more clips that may help them piece together Ms Lord's movements.<\/p>\n

A CCTV image shows Ms Lord grinning as she left her workplace, Bullards Gin at Jarrolds department store, where she is employed as a retail assistant. A clip then shows the mum running along a path, holding an olive-coloured coat \u2013 which was later fished out of the River Wensum \u2013 in her hand.<\/p>\n
Further CCTV footage shows her putting the coat on about half an hour later. She was last seen on camera at about 4.01pm.<\/p>\n
Norwich Policing Commander, Superintendent Wes Hornigold, said: "Today we are releasing the footage of Gaynor\u2019s last known steps on Friday afternoon before she went missing. We hope this will help to jog the memory of anyone who may have seen her in the city that afternoon or who may have footage of her journey.<\/p>\n

"We are particularly keen on hearing from anyone who may have seen Gaynor in the cathedral grounds which she enters at 2.50pm and leaves at 3.23pm. It\u2019s not clear where she goes inside the cathedral grounds during this time so we\u2019re keen to hear from anyone who may have seen her there.<\/p>\n
"We are continuing our extensive searches but would appeal to the public to come forward with any information which may help to find Gaynor. In the footage you can clearly see what she was wearing when she went missing.<\/p>\n
"This is a particularly stressful time for her family and specialist officers continue to provide support."<\/p>\n

Officers think Ms Lord "most likely" entered the water of the River Wensum. Witness Rosie Richards also believes she spotted the missing woman in Wensum Park at about 4pm on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n
"It's really upsetting," Ms Richards said. "I'm just thinking of her friends and family, because she is a sort of similar age to my mum and that would be awful to be going through what they are going through right now."<\/p>\n
Ms Lord's clothes \u2013 her white work shirt a yellow tank top, glasses, two rings and mobile phone \u2013 were also found in Wensum Park. Her ID was found in a handbag after her family raised the alarm, prompting police to declare her missing.<\/p>\n

Officers previously said they don't know why Ms Lord left work early and said she took an unusual route from the department store. "Gaynor left work early and didn't take her normal route home," Superintendent Hornigold said previously. "We haven't been able to establish why she left early and her disappearance is out of character so we are naturally concerned for her welfare."<\/p>\n
She is described as being around 5'6" and white with blonde shoulder-length hair in a bob.<\/p>\n
