Ryanair has issued a flight warning for \u201cpotential disruption\u201d for travel to and from the UK on November 9.<\/p>\n

The budget carrier said: \u201cPotential disruptions to and from the UK on Thursday, November 9 due to strong winds.<\/p>\n

\u201cAffected passengers will be notified and any passengers travelling to and from the UK on Thursday, November 9 should check their Ryanair app for flight updates before travelling to the airport.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe regret any inconvenience caused to passengers as a result of these winds which are outside of Ryanair\u2019s control and affect all airlines operating to and from the UK on Thursday, November 9.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ryanair passengers should be notified if their flight is delayed but it\u2019s a good idea to check for updates before travelling to the airport.<\/p>\n

The Met Office has stated some areas of the UK could face \u201cthundery downpours with hail\u201d on Thursday.<\/p>\n

It said: \u201cA day of sunny spells and blustery showers, with some heavy and possibly thundery downpours with hail, these most frequent in the west.<\/p>\n

\u201cDrier with sunny spells further east, but feeling cooler than on Wednesday for most of us. Showers continuing in the west, possibly merging into longer spells of rain at times, also windy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ryanair also had a warning for strong winds in place on November 7 and 8 although the warning extended to Ireland as well as the UK.<\/p>\n

The budget carrier forecast record annual profits this week as it reported high tickets over the summer.<\/p>\n

easyJet also reported record summer earnings as British travellers rushed to holiday again after the pandemic.<\/p>\n
