Specialists at Leasing Options claim that pouring cat litter into a pair of tights may help soak up excess moisture.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The method could shave minutes off motorists’ morning routines as they will not need to go through the arduous process of cleaning condensation off the windscreen and windows.<\/p>\n

Motorists can purchase a large bag of litter for just over \u00a32 at Asda making this one of the most affordable tips.<\/p>\n

The experts explained: \u201cCat litter pellets are designed to absorb pet excretions, but Leasing Options swore by using this to absorb moisture in the air, too.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can use this in your car by putting fresh cat litter in a pair of tights, tying them securely and then adding them to your windscreen and rear window shelf to soak up any occurring moisture overnight. You can then remove these in the morning, without having the hassle to demist the car.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can buy a 10kg bag of cat litter for as little as \u00a32.19, you might have some extra pairs of tights or knee highs lying around you no longer need, if not a cheap pair will work perfectly.\u201d<\/p>\n

The homemade solution should be set up the night before a drop in temperatures as it helps to prevent moisture build-up rather than clear existing mist.\u00a0<\/p>\n
