The bizarre moment happened on October 8, 2022, in Portadown, when he was told \u201cyou intentionally exposed your genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor said: \u201cOn Friday, October 8, last year at approximately 3pm police received a report of male naked from the waist down wearing only a blue T-shirt masturbating in the top floor window in a house in Thomas Street in Portadown in full view of a very busy street below.<\/p>\n<p><b>READ MORE: Male flight attendant caught on camera upskirting women as they board plane<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>For more crime news, click here.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31340945.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/2_Craigavon-Magistrates-Court.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe window where the defendant was alleged to be performing this act was identified to police which was near a primary school and there were school children in the area on their way home from school at the time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe defendant, being a tenant in the room, was identified to police and was wearing a blue T-shirt matching the description when he was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. The defendant denied the allegations.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;He stated he didn\u2019t know if he was in that room, he wasn\u2019t 100% sure he was there at that time but did state he was laying down if he was in the room.
