A further 12 people are injured and several are missing following the "apocalyptic" incident in Mestre in Venice, Italy, reports local news outlet La Repubblica. It is thought between four and five people are unaccounted for, meaning the death toll could rise further.<\/p>\n

The bus fell from an elevated part of a road and landed on the train track this evening (Tuesday, October 3). Emergency services rushed to the scene, with fire crews, police and ambulances all on hand.<\/p>\n
