Although the precise location of the video is unknown, the close-quarter tank battle highlights the intense combat which has erupted in the south and east of the country.<\/p>\n
Earlier today, it was reported that Ukrainian Stryker and Marder armoured vehicles had broken through Russian lines west of the town of Verbove.<\/p>\n
The village lies east of the recently recaptured settlement of Robotyne, where Ukraine is attempting to widen a breach in Russia\u2019s deep defensive positions.<\/p>\n
Elsewhere in the country, Ukrainian forces recaptured the important towns of Klishchiivka and Andriivka near Bakhmut.<\/p>\n
