Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos will host a pop-up event by the sushi restaurant Uchi on Dec. 6 to 9. It is the second event for Uchi; the restaurant chain, which originated in Austin, Texas, held the first event in June at Grace Bay.<\/p>\n
The a la carte, nontraditional Japanese menu is being curated by Uchi’s James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole and will consist of hot and cool tastings: sushi and sashimi, makimono, yakimono, tempura and a changing omakase based on seasonal items.<\/p>\n
