    WWE fans were left delighted after Dwayne \u2018The Rock\u2019 Johnson made a shock return to the ring last night. <\/p>\n

    With fans dubbing him as the \u2018GOAT\u2019 (greatest of all time) there are loud calls for him to make his full-time return to the sport.<\/p>\n

    The Rock returned to challenge Austin Theory, who had been steadily building his reputation as a talented up and coming wrestler.<\/p>\n

    Last night\u2019s episode saw Theory confront the returning commentator Pat McAfee in the Smackdown segment. However, The Rock made a shock return and stole the microphone to show the young superstar that he will not beat him.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Fans went wild for the first appearance after almost four years.<\/p>\n

    In the uncensored version of the Rock\u2019s return, he commanded each side of the stadium to shout \u2018you are an a***hole\u2019 to Theory after the count of three, while smirking in his face. <\/p>\n

    Legend John Cena could also be seen egging them on in the corner of the ring.<\/p>\n

    While Theory was seen to be getting visibly annoyed, the fans were delighted with the reappearance of the Rock.<\/p>\n

    Theory proceeds to shout at the audience to \u2018shut up\u2019 and stop their taunting, claiming he "is not".<\/p>\n

    Fans, however, carried on with the support of The People's Champion, who said \u2018the Rock and the people are having fun, baby.\u2019<\/p>\n

    One fan took to Twitter and said the crowd being "loud" at the sight of the Rock was a massive "understatement".<\/p>\n
