Aurora police are investigating after a 20-year-old was shot and killed Sunday night.<\/p>\n

Police responded around 6:20 p.m. to a call of a shooting at a residence in the 1500 block of South Galena Way, authorities said in a blog post. Officers then found the man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transferred to the hospital, where he later died, police said.<\/p>\n

Witnesses told police that the victim, identified by the coroner as Amacris Xavier Harlan, had been in an altercation with multiple people inside the home.<\/p>\n

Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867).<\/p>\n
