Hey everyone! I'm on Fremont Street... and here's what's happening... This Week in Gambling. Hello friends! As you watch this, I am in Las Vegas... probably sweating my ass off on the Strip with the record-breaking 118 degree heat! But before I left I made you this video with some game reviews to talk about and this week's big story! Over the years we may have used this show to tease the Rio Las Vegas just a little bit... to to poke fun at them, if you will, about the dilapidated  condition of their property... To point out that they are , located in an area of town frequented by prostitutes. Of course, in all fairness, most of Las Vegas is frequented by prostitutes. I... ah... I've... I've heard. Originally opened in 1990, then sold by Caesars in 2019. gone are the glory days when the Rio used to host the World Series of Poker. In fact, there was even a rumor circulating over the past year that , the Rio would be demolished in order to make room for a brand new professional baseball stadium. So what the hell is really going on here? Well first of all, the Rio? Ain't going anywhere! And that new stadium they're gonna build? That's gonna go where the Tropicana now stands! Secondly, the Rio just

announced that they're about to undergo a long overdue, , and much needed renovation. The company that handled renovation work at Bellagio and the park MGM will be updating the 2,500 rooms there, in both towers. This $850 million project will  also expand the casino floor from 117,000 to 150,000 square feet! Other improvements will be  made to the restaurants, reception, and pool areas. Now, no start date has been announced for this project as of yet... but the Rio did say that they plan to remain open while the work is carried out. If you can't make it to Las Vegas. we did just release several

new amazing game reviews, starting with the Treasures of Egypt... a five reel, 10 payline slot , with scatters, multipliers, and sticky wild reels from NetGaming... and Lantern luck, a beautiful 5 reel, 25 pay line, Asian themed game from Habanero that's all about the wild symbols! These game reviews, and hundreds more, are available on our YouTube channel, and when you visit Online.CasinoCity.com where you'll also find news and information about Las Vegas and the world of gambling! You don't really... you don't really get out in public much do ya? I mean, you don't have like friends on Facebook and meet and go do shit and stuff like that? No. I live in the sewers. I could... I kind of guessed. Just... I'm saying kind of close to you and I kind of guessed... I didn't want to say anything... I don't want to be rude ,you know... You being a psychotic, murderous clown and all, but yeah... I could... I could sort of tell. Ah, Unagi.,
