My name is "Pafi". I'm going to talk about casino games, table games mostly. That's my background. I worked in Canada for 24 years. I worked as a dealer, supervisor, and pit manager. These are career steps.  Dealers. Everybody knows the person  who deals at the table games.    Supervisor is the next position. Basically responsible for a few dealers job. Correcting mistakes, taking care of customer service. The next step is pit manager who are responsible about 16 to 18 games in a pit. Responsible for all the supervisors and all the dealers. I worked with table games in a the VIP.   I really got into it because I like math. I'm really comfortable with calculations. I like to understand what's behind the games , and why the casinos are so successful all over the world. That's what got me into the casino business.  I really enjoyed working at the tables and see

people winning, losing and all the emotions. I enjoy serving people. One of the most exciting thing ever happened to me is also a bit of a funny story.   A young guy played baccarat and he was winning. He won over 25,000 $CAD.   He started from 5,000 $CAD. In Canada there is a rule. Over 10,000 $CAD win you need an identification to cash out. He didn't have any ID on him.   He got so encouraged that he came  back for the whole weekend and ending up winning over a 1 million $CAD. At the time, which was in the early 2000s, that was a huge amount of money. Kind of strange story but it's really , true. It happened and it was really interesting. So really, in the casino anything can happen. The baccarat is the most popular game. That is because of the Asian population in Toronto. It's really a huge action. There are times when 7 or 8 people betting over 100,000 $CAD on one hand. The turnaround is big.   The losses and wins can be huge in couple minutes. Most Asian people follow the bank runs in baccarat.   That means bank wins more than once, twice, three times in a row. Then they really start betting heavy. Our table limit the max was $CAD 15,000 in Toronto. When seven people buying in that is 105,000 $CAD. So it's really a huge amount.   My favorite game? I really loved roulette. Roulette is all about calculations. You really have to pay attention as a supervisor like me..

I was responsible for the VIP room.   Two tables with two of my dealers. The  payout can be between 15,000 $CAD and $45,000. The calculation has to be really fast, just in seconds. My second favorite game craps.  Again, it is full of calculations. You really have to pay attention.   It is the most vulnerable game for cheating., A supervisor really have to pay attention. A supervisor's job is protecting company assets. The easiest way to do this called "binging" and "capping". Basically, adding or removing from your bets. Supervisor really have to pay attention  to what customers do, what position they sit, how they react to the game, and what their body language says.   We caught lots of cheaters in baccarat, blackjack, and dice games. If anybody interested we can go deeper in the topic and talk about it what are the common cheating moves. I can talk about how people try to get away with cheating. My advice to people just starting out in a casino is the following:  Learn the game. Really. Learn it. You must know what the "house advantage" means.  Learn the basic strategy of the game. Understand the odds and the payouts. And have a limit. You must decide beforehand how you start with and how much you're willing to spend. You have to make sure to stop and take a break after. That's the best advice I can give you.   When you start out and don't just go there for winning money. The whole idea of gambling is to have fun.   If you guys interested about my experience or would like me to teach you different games then subscribe to this YouTube channel.  If you have any questions, put them to the comment section. I know all the table games, three card poker, stud poker, dice, roulette, blackjack. Blackjack has many variations which you really have to learn before you start playing if you don't want to lose too much money. If you are interested, then please let me know and ask questions.
