What are you. watching the plant for? - To make sure that it doesn't run away. - What? Luigi, it's a plant! - Mm-hmm. - So it can't even run away. - Yeah, as long as I'm watching it, it won't run away. But if I'm not looking. for even one second, then it's going to run away and it's gonna be gone outta my sight forever - Whatever. Anyways, what kind of plant even is this Luigi? Is this your plant? - Mm-hmm, it's a piranha plant. I haven't grown one of these in forever. - A piranha plant? Luigi, you do realize that once that thing fully grows it's gonna start killing everyone? - No worries Mario! I. got the peaceful kind. This one doesn't have teeth,, so it can't eat people. Oh, well in that case, I don't really think that you need to be, actively watching it 24/7. I mean, if this is the peaceful kind, then that means that once it fully grows out,, it's not gonna have teeth which means it's not gonna hurt anybody which means you don't. really have to watch it. We don't have to worry about it. So do you wanna like go upstairs, and hang out or something? You know, we can talk, about plants and whatever, 'cause I haven't seen a. piranha plant in years, so it'd be kind of cool. - Mmm, I don't know. I don't wanna leave it for too long because then, what if it comes to life!? - Come on, Luigi. Just 30 minutes. - Okay, fine, 30 minutes Mario, we have 30 minutes. Okay, I'll come hang out with you. Just plant. Don't do anything bad, okay? - It's a peaceful kind. - I know, are you sure, they won't do anything bad? - Yes, Luigi, I'm sure. - Yes, the coast is clear. All right, since nobody's around, I can finally get my hands. on these mini potatoes. Well, wait a minute. Why do we even have these? These cookies look a lot more appetizing. I want these cookies! Oh my God. Wait, what is that huge. plant? I wanna go see it. Wow, this plant is huge! Oh my God. But I kind of feel bad, though. All this plant's ever had to drink his entire lifetime is just water. Oh, it hasn't even had a chance to have Capri-Sun or a Coca-Cola or anything. I feel kind of bad. Well, today's your lucky day, Mr. Plant! You're gonna have a Coca-Cola. ♪ Do, do, do, do, do ♪ ♪ Time to get this Coca-Cola ♪ ♪ Do, do do, do, do ♪ ♪ I'll probably have those cookies later ♪ ♪ Not right now, but I'll have them later ♪ ♪ Do, do, do, do, do, do. ♪ ♪ I need to stop (bleep) singing ♪ All right, Mr. Plant, it's your time to shine, okay? You need a delicious drink like Coca-Cola, even though I've never really had it before. But everyone seems to drink it, so must be pretty good. So you're gonna have a. Coke today, all right. Okay. Time to give this plant a drink. Okay, there you go, there you go. I know you're loving it, I know you're loving it. Okay. Just drinking up. And I think that's about it. All right, the can's empty, and the plant seems fulfilled. Well, I hope you enjoyed that drink. Okay, I'm gonna go to sleep back- - I'm 100% sure that I gave them the peaceful method. - But are you sure, that you made a peaceful, are you not maybe 1% unsure, that it might just come to life and start killing everyone with its big fangs? - Yes Mario! I promise.. It is a peaceful plant, which means that it is not going to come to life and start killing everybody. It's gonna come to life. and be super peaceful. It's not gonna have any teeth, so it's not gonna be able to kill anybody, and it's gonna be pretty cool. The only way that it could really even do that maybe in a way, would be, if it got a bunch of sugar. Like, if you fed it Sour, Patch Kids or something. Or if you gave it Coca-Cola or something. Then maybe it would start going crazy and it would maybe grow, fangs or something. I don't know, plants are weird. - Yeah, they are pretty weird. - What? Oh my God. Oh my God, I made a literal monster. Well, at least I didn't give it a monster energy drink. (cymbals clang) Get it? - Junior. I'm trying to sleep, please shut up. - Dad, what are you doing on the couch? - Oh, well, this. couch has more pillows, so it's pretty comfy. - Okay, well, okay. All right. So I made a monster. It's, gonna come to life tomorrow and it's probably gonna have fangs. What do I do? I need to find a solution. Water. Water. I need a cup, I need a cup. This one. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. Get a lot of water, get a lot of water. Okay, I think that's enough. And there we go. I think. that's all the water. Phew, okay, hopefully that works. Hopefully ends up working and we don't have a demon on our hands. All right, now I can finally. go to sleep stress free, knowing that a freaking demon's not gonna come to life in the middle of the night. from that stupid plant. Was Luigi even telling the truth? You do know that if my dad sees this he's gonna think it's me and I'm gonna get in trouble. (Piranha Bean groaning) - Well, wait, no, don't be sad. Look, okay, I'm sorry for yelling at you, but you can't do this, okay? You can't be going around breaking things, okay? Okay, Mr. Plant, I'm, putting you right here next to the other plant. Since you guys kind of look similar. You could blend in if you wanted to. So they shouldn't be able to tell the difference. Who the hell were. you talking to downstairs? - You were like talking to yourself downstairs or something. Talking about some plant or whatever. It seems kind of weird. Speaking of which, the plant! Hey, Mario, we should go check up on it downstairs. It should be done growing by now. - Oh, yeah, you're right. All, right, let's go check on it. - What? Hey, Mario, Luigi, you don't have to go. check up on the plant. You know, it doesn't really matter. It's just a stupid plant. - What? - What? - Yeah, it really doesn't matter, okay. Stay hidden, stay cozy if you want. It's probably pretty cozy under there. And they don't really ever, lift these pillows anyway, so just stay under there. Stay hidden, okay? You can't be found, okay?, No one'll ever find. - Okay, Luigi, we need, to talk right now, okay? - What's up Mario? - Luigi, you said over there that the piranha plant had fangs. So the piranha plant has, teeth. That's not good. - What do you mean? - Luigi, I thought you were growing the peaceful kind of piranha plant. The peaceful kind is not. supposed to have any teeth, which means that the fact. that it even has teeth, it's probably gonna start killing everyone or start eating everyone. - Wait, what? - Yeah, Luigi. The peaceful kind isn't supposed to have teeth. So since that one has teeth,. that one's gonna become evil, which means that we have to. somehow kill 'em or whatever. We have to get rid of 'em somehow. - Oh, well, okay. Can we still grow a, peaceful one after this? - Yes, Luigi, we can still grow a peaceful one after this. Just make sure that it's peaceful, okay? - Got it Mario, I'll make sure. Now, let's go get rid of this plant. Well, Mr. Plant, I'm sorry,, but we have to get rid of- Wait, what? Mario, where'd the plant go? - What do you mean? Wait a. minute, the plant's gone. Where'd it go? - I don't know. I just walked over here and it's just gone for some reason. Oh, hey, Junior. What's up? (Junior screams) - Hey guys, what's up? - Hey, Junior. Say, we got a question. Have you seen a plant that. was here just a minute ago? There was like another plant here. It was a piranha plant,. and he's just kind of gone. Do you know what happened to him? - Nope. Nope. No, no, no, no. I have no idea what happened. to your plant, okay. That that was probably, just a stupid plant anyway, Why are you worrying about it? There's nothing wrong with it. - Okay, Junior, can you. at least be honest, okay? You've been acting weird all morning. Now one of the plants is gone. I think you have, something to do with this. - Well, no, I, I, okay, look, here's what actually happened. Okay, guys. So I swear, the craziest thing happened to the other plant, okay? So here's basically what happened. All right, So there was this plant, and there was this piranha plant. And basically, the piranha plant decided, oh, I don't really want to live anymore. I'm stupid, dumb, a dumb idiot. And basically, there was, this plant, and he was like, hmm, I know what to do now, I know what to do. So he looked at the plant and he was like, hey, plant, let's combine. And this plant was like, what are you talking about? And then the piranha plant was like, hey, let's combine, okay? Like, I become you, or whatever. And then the plant was like, yeah, sure. And then they combined,, and then now that plant, that piranha plant is now this plant. So they combined into a whole new plant. It's crazy, it's wild, and that's what happened. - So they combined, huh? - Yes. - Okay, so then explain why this plant doesn't look any different, than it did before. - Well, what do you mean? How would you know that, right? There's an extra stem here, right? Like this thing wasn't, here before, that's new. - Junior, that part of the plant was already there yesterday. It sounds like you're. just making up an excuse. - Well, how would you know that? - Because that's Mario's plant, I was watching his plant too. You know how I was like plant watching yesterday? Well, I was plant watching his plant too and his plant doesn't look any different from what I remember yesterday, okay? Now it just sounds like you're making up an excuse. So me and Mario are gonna go upstairs and we're gonna find that piranha plant, okay? Because I know for a fact.

that you know where it is. And I know for a fact, that it's in the house, because you keep being suspicious. So Mario, come with me.. We're gonna go find this one. - Why are you holding me like that? - I don't know. (Junior screaming) - All right, now where is this plant? Luigi, have you found anything? - No, Mario, I haven't found anything yet. - I don't understand. what's wrong with him. I'm just gonna lay here. Wh- wait a minute. Is there something under this pillow? I've never felt anything, under this pillow before. There's definitely, something under this pillow. - Hey, Mario, you're stupid. Let's go, let's go, let's go! - Junior, what was that, for? That was so stupid. Wait a minute, the the thing. under the pillow's gone. Oh my God, he does have something to do with it. He has something to hide. Luigi, you have to go. chase after Junior now! - Oh, shoot, okay. - Okay, Mr. Plant, okay, just hide in there and I'll try and figure something out. Okay, I have the door closed. They wouldn't walk in if the bathroom door was closed, right? Because that would be messed up. Okay, all right. All right, I'll figure something out. - Where is he? Hey, that door wasn't closed before. - Mmm, that's definitely him. Let's go. - All right, let's go. Junior, I know you're in. here with the piranha plant. - No I'm not Mario. I'm just sitting here using the bathroom. - Junior, I already. found him. He's in here. (Piranha Bean roaring) - Oh no, take this, Mario, baaa! (Piranha Bean roaring) - He's done for. - Junior, look over there. - What? Why? Why should I look over here? (Piranha Bean roaring) (Piranha Bean licking chops) What the heck was that? Wait, he ate Mario? Wait, does that mean Mario's dead? I didn't want him to be dead. I just wanted him to not kill the plant. What? Oh my God, is Mario dead? - Can I come in now? - Yeah, sure Luigi. I'm, kind of scared right now because the plant just ate Mario. - Wait, what? It ate Mario? Does that mean that, Mario's dead or something? - I have no idea. I just saw it eat Mario and that was it, I'm not really sure. (Mario laughing) - What the hell? - Wait, but Mario, you're alive?! - Jesus Christ, Luigi, okay, calm your voice. I don't know how you did that pitch, but anyways, yes, I'm alive. How is my doppelganger? He actually fell for my doppelganger. - Well, yeah, we all, did, it looks so similar. How is that even possible? - I don't know. But Junior, you actually, need to let that plant go. Judging by the way it ate me, it's probably gonna start eating everyone. So you gotta let it go. Go in the backyard or something and just. let him go or whatever. Just like a bird or whatever, letting go of a pet, okay? Just go put him outside, I don't know. - Oh, okay. Well, come with me Mr. Plant. - All right Junior, say bye to your plant. - Actually, Mario, it's my plant. - Who cares whose plant it is?. It's getting rid of anyways. So yeah, say bye to the plant. - Bye plant. Hopefully our next plant doesn't have teeth. - Well, all right, plant. I guess it's time for us to say goodbye. I know we had a lot of great memories like us running away from Mario and Luigi, and you breaking stuff. And I know you had a great life and I hope you have a great life, buddy. Okay? All right. You were only hanging. out with him for an hour. - I know, but I just miss him so much. Oh, he was so cool. - Yeah, I guess I miss him too, but Mario, there's still some things that I don't understand. Like I swear on my life that that was supposed to be a normal plant, okay? That was supposed to be a. peaceful plant without teeth. Yet for some reason, when. it grew fully, it had teeth. That makes no sense. I swear it was supposed to be peaceful. What happened? - Okay, you guys want me to tell you the honest truth about what happened with the plant? - Wait, there's an honest. truth? Okay, what happened? - Okay, so basically, before I overheard your conversation yesterday about how Coca-Cola. and other sugary things make a plant evil, I. fed the plant Coca-Cola because I wanted to give him a tasty treat. - What?! Junior, what the, heck gives the bright idea to give a plant Coca-Cola? That makes no sense, okay? All it needs is water. - But doesn't drinking water all the time get boring at some point? Sometimes you gotta have a Capri-Sun or a Coca-Cola. So I thought he deserved the drink, but I didn't know that it. would turn it into a demon. So, I'm sorry guys. - Okay. Junior.
