Until January 12, find every evening, at 6 p.m. a new video looking back on a theme from this year 2001 which was so special . These videos will be published on Facebook and Youtube and at the same time a municipal magazine will be published this month for a written look back on 2020. It is obvious that the Covid 19 crisis has disrupted everyone's diaries. It made us fall behind on, structuring issues of the mandate. However, many achievements were still able to see the light of day in 2020. Several environmental projects were implemented. A project started in 2019, the wood boiler room was started this year. Continuing the desire to revegetate the cemetery, numerous developments have been carried out. The memorial garden was also created this year for the scattering of ashes. We have entered into the system of living cemeteries. Since water is at the heart of our city, a lot of. important work has been carried out in this direction. A highly anticipated and completed project is the, Saint-Marc retention basin to combat the risks of flooding. This file was produced within the framework of the GEMAPI competence carried out by the Community of Municipalities. In Engarde, expansion of the sanitation network. in connection with the nearby lagoon. The finalization of the sealing of the Consoult stream and the end of work on a structuring project for, the residents of the catchment wells. The city's sports facilities were not left out: new grounds outside the bowling alley were built and with the installation of stands; new interior LED lighting has been installed as in the martial arts room and tennis rooms. At the Saint-Denis football stadium, the LED lighting in the locker rooms was changed as well as the repair of the handrail, the stands and the frames of the premises. Our heritage was also renovated this year. Significant development of rue du Breuil was carried out for the construction of tourist studios. Many local businesses have worked for all of these achievements. However, the work in management is important, with the Roads, Buildings and Environment Department, without forgetting all the administrative services for assembling files and their follow-up. For the year 2021, new projects will be started or come to fruition. With the current health and economic context,. our roadmap is likely to evolve and be readjusted according to financial possibilities. With the closure of our services but also of the Gaming Casino and CeltÔ, our revenues have been strongly impacted. Added to this are the additional expenses linked to Covid 19. However, for each project, a subsidy application file was presented to our partners in order to obtain maximum aid. I would like to thank the state services for their support and support, the Regional Council, the Departmental Council and their elected officials. I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Fabien Genet, Jérôme Durain and Marie Mercier for their election as part of the senatorial elections. They will listen to our rural territories, our issues, and our projects. To continue our desire to safeguard our heritage, Château Sarrien will be rehabilitated with repairs to the roof and zincwork, installation of zinc-encased gutters. and replacement of all the frames. Another important project: the restructuring of. the Cercle Saint-Louis space. This location will accommodate the Social and Cultural Animation Center, in the heart of the city and ensure proximity between all municipal services
and various partners. It is essential to provide the best possible support to the citizens of the commune of Bourbon-Lancy but also the surrounding communes. Our objectives are to provide more visibility for our users, more coherence and to ensure the transversality of municipal services. This will involve developing collective activities,. thematic workshops and creating a new dynamic. In 2021, the project manager will be appointed for, completion at the end of 2021 / during 2022. Work on the Fleury site will be planned as well as the implementation of action sheets. Just as in 2020, educational tours of Fleury, a Loire site, will continue, as in the various natural sites of our city. A file on the atlas of the species of our city will be put in place with the inhabitants. The soft lanes will be extended on rue de Gueugnon, rue de Bel Air, they will give rise to developments at Le Fourneau to make it possible to join the Voie Verte on Avenue Puzenat. Other developments are also to be planned such as the swimming pool parking lot to which will be added street furniture and picnic tables. Another project under consideration, which needs to be worked on and matured, concerns the surroundings of the Chapel of, Saint-Denis.
