Bet365 punter John Howard has been jailed for five . years after winning 236 000 pounds but what did he   discover that led to so much profit and how could  he be prosecuted for placing Bets with the UK's   most profitable Betting Company it's confusing , right whilst investigating I've had additional   information shared with me about similar cases , because John is not the only person that's been   taken to court for beating the house if you've got , a Bet365 account should you be worried this video   reveals the ugly truth about what has really . gone on here including plenty that the betting   companies don't want you to see for context . and say the broader audience can understand   what I believe is really happening here I need . to explain because coupled with another case   that I've seen I think bet365's legal team may , have successfully confused the court into doing   their dirty work for them here so Essex police , made this press release earlier in the month   where they stated that a man had been jailed and , convicted for conspiracy to commit fraud by false   representation against an online betting company  bet365. this in turn led to a flurry of different   headlines with various news outlets with a heavy  amount of Spin and not a lot of clarity so if we   take a look at the actual press release you can  see that there's several main points here the   conspiracy to fraud against Bet365 via false . representation the fact that he received 236   000 pounds in benefit which for context is around , about 25 of what Bet365 take per day fraud against   the bank Santander in there which is just breezed . over and there's only one line on this now there's   an alternate theory about this which we'll cover , in a second because I think this is crucial but   Santander seems to be the missing link here and . why he was prosecuted in my personal opinion   because there was a way to get free money out . of Bet365 using them as a loophole that actually   other people have discovered in the past now it's . interesting to see how there's a heavy focus on   the fact that it's saying he exploited bonuses . and received benefit by creating more important   accounts which is something that a lot of this  audience following this channel may be concerned   about because is a common thing that happens but . there'll be more on that in a moment because I   don't think everything is as it appears here , having seen these alternate case that's been   sent to me anonymously and informed by other  sources we'll unravel that in just a moment now   it said in this press release that The Syndicate . involved with John Howard had around about a   thousand bet 365 accounts so this is obviously  right the extreme end of the Spectrum in terms   of multi-accounters now this requires further , context because at this point it really doesn't   make sense having read through it there because , why would somebody want to create multiple bet   365 accounts the broader audience probably won't  understand this but to explain companies like   Bet365 use algorithms to measure how successful a

customer is when they're betting with them so they   know very quickly even if you haven't won a lot , of money that you'll be a positive is or negative   expected value customer over the longer term if  you're positive expected values it means that you   will be a winner you'll be put into that bucket . with professional Bettors and they just won't   take your money anymore they will stake restrict , you they will only let you bet a few pence so   they ban people who win which is why people create  additional accounts and actually bet 365 pioneered   this way of approaching customers over the last . 10 years or so and all other betting companies   have followed suit now they do this because , it's easier for them to actually ban people   that are successful on their platform than it is  for them to actually improve and correct their   odds and prices via their products plus they get , to behave as judge jury and executioner with the   gambling commission allowing them to do that and , even worse than that they're allowed to abuse the   powers that are given to them to identify money . launderers and people that have gambling harm   by asking for your bank statements so they can . connect up multiple accounts so aside from the   bonuses they won't actually allow people to  win with them they only allow people that are   long-term losers and in the past they've actually . had VIP schemes for people who consistently lose   because they're considered to be a very important , customer you may have seen some addict stories   about it and the interesting thing here is why  is Bet365 not taken the addicts to court that   have multiple accounts why are they not concerned , about fraud on the addicts that lose money to them   consistently as a side question I see somebody . say how many Bet365 staff have been prosecuted   for letting that actually happen to losers again , they don't seem so bothered in that direction now   it's interesting because if beta 365 are really , concerned about multiple accounts surely they will   be Keen to refund all the money they've taken from  people who have consistently lost with multiple   accounts now obviously that's not going to happen , is it which is the point that I want to highlight   here Bet365 are only concerned about fraud when . it's costing them money so now we've got that   little bit of context I'll explain what I think . actually really really happened here haven't seen   this other case too because there are some strong . trends that appear to be very similar to this   particular case having seen it so people willingly . gave John Howard their details to bear in their   name as detective Sergeant Mike Moncton said of , the Kent Police in this press statement betting   online in someone else's name is against the terms . of use so it's not illegal and you may have views   on that ethically much like you might do about , what Bet365 do but in in someone else's name is it   gives the terms of use so it's good news for you , guys you're not going to be in trouble if you've   placed a Fiverr on the Grand National for your nan , you haven't actually committed a crime and that in   itself raises an interesting point why isn't bet

365 following up all the people that place a bet   on behalf of somebody else for something like  the Grand National where they may have lost   money in the company has benefited now I believe . personally that this has been quite deceptive in   terms of what the company have done and maybe . using their legal team in the court because   the court doesn't actually understand betting . and how this company is operating consistently   so are the company deceiving the course well in , this case it seems clear to me that John Howard   was actually taken to court under the premise . of money laundering as mentioned in the press   release and taken to court under the premise , of fraud against Santander and then actually   their solicitors have thrown in all these terms  about bonus abuse and saying that you know he   shouldn't have been receiving this extra money and  that's how he's made money which all seems very   deceptive but really the reason that's given here . has got nothing to do with wives found guilty or   actually considered a criminal and obviously the . racing post and Industry Affiliates that promote   Bet365 consistently have jumped all over this in a , matter of seconds in an attempt to try and reduce   it and stop people from having multiple accounts . that are actually consistently winning and making   money from the Betting Company so and this was  exactly what was happening in the additional   court case that was sent to me anonymously  unfortunately I can't actually show show you   that in this video so the alternate theory that I  believe that what's really happened here which has   been considered a crime is maybe John or people . around him in his Syndicate had discovered that   previously it was possible to deposit money with , Bet365 via an alternate account so basically the   person that didn't own the betting account you , could deposit into that betting account with a   different card from a different person place bets  with that betting account if they should win then   you go hey I'll keep the money this is almost the  opposite of what Bet365 did by the way and then   if the BET should lose you submit a charge back to  Santander and say to Santander that this money was   deposited into this account and it shouldn't , have been I didn't give permission for that   as the third party person not connected to the  account now that is obviously very bad shouldn't   be happening but it's nothing to do with what has  actually been published in this press release or   the newspapers because quite clearly and again  linking to that alternate it was sent to me with   all the details people involved in this have  no idea how these betting companies operate and   what is actually truly going on here now it's not  illegal to place bets on someone else's behalf so   there must have been more that went on in this , case if you're worried about it I want to bet   totally unlimited and unrestricted then you need  to see this video here in the end screen showing   you how you can do it depending on where you are , thanks for watching I'll see you guys next time,
