Spain coronavirus LOCKDOWN: Spanish PM to announce people movement restrictions

A leaked draft decree says the Spanish government plans to put the nation under lockdown, restricting all but essential movement for food, medicine, hospital or going to work, local media El Mundo and Cadena Ser report.

The measures come as Spain has the second-highest cases of coronavirus in Europe – fourth highest in the world behind China, Italy and Iran – with 5,232 infected.

At least 129 people have died.
