Kate reveals Louis is taking after her with one particular sporty hobby

Kate Middleton's love for tennis appears to be brushing off on other members of the Royal Family, with young Prince Louis seemingly following in his mother's footsteps.

Regular Wimbledon attendee Kate showed off her skills for the sport during a friendly against Emma Raducanu, but the Duchess of Cambridge's love for tennis seems to have rubbed off on her kids.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte are both reportedly taking up a few lessons to train themselves at the sport, while young Prince Louis has also joined up.

Kate let slip that her youngest had joined the tennis team training during a chat with Novak Djokovic.

Their conversation came just minutes after Djokovic bagged himself a seventh Wimbledon win, with Kate handing over the trophy during the honours roll for 2022.

Djokovic had noticed George in the royal box and asked the Duchess of Cambridge if he was currently playing tennis, to which Kate replied: "George is playing. They're all playing, even Louis who's four. They're all keen."

Reports indicate that the royal siblings take their tennis lessons at an exclusive Fulham-based club, Hurlingham Club, which isn't too far away from the family's home in Kensington Palace.

The club charges a hefty £1,400 a year for membership fees but also offers up croquet, golf and polo grounds.

An interview reported by The Mirror back in 2019 revealed that the family frequent the club "just like any other normal family" after they have had their lunch or tea.

George apparently has a very notable tennis coach in charge of his lessons, with eight-time Wimbledon champion Roger Federer entrusted with the young royal's training.

The Swiss tennis player says he offered a bit of tennis-oriented advice to the young royal, who is apparently showing early signs of promise for the sport.
