EuroMillions and Lotto prizes worth £155m to be won this weekend

More than £155million in lottery prizes is up for grabs this weekend.

A £144m EuroMillions jackpot is for the taking today, followed by an £11.8m “must be won” Lotto draw tomorrow.

If a single ticket holder scoops the EuroMillions jackpot they would be the biggest UK winner of 2020 – with a fortune just short of pop megastar Adele’s.

The lucky player would also immediately rocket into fourth place in The National Lottery’s all-time list of winners.

The Lotto draw has to be won by matching all six numbers after it rolled over five times. If not, the cash will be used to boost all the other prizes.

Camelot’s Andy Carter said: “Wow, what a weekend for National Lottery players. We can’t wait to meet and support the new millionaires made this weekend.”

EuroMillions is a lottery played across nine European countries, including the UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland.

Anyone who fancies their luck this weekend must buy their ticket before 7:30pm on Friday ahead of the draw streamed live on The National Lottery website at 8:45pm.

The draw can also be watched on YouTube.

Lotto entrants will have to wait another day to find out if their bank balance is set to look a whole lot healthier as the balls will be rolled out at 7:45pm on Saturday.
