Brit stabbed to death in Spain after ‘fight at house party’ as manhunt launched

A British man has been stabbed to death in Spain.

The unnamed man, who it has been reported is from Southport, was found with fatal wounds in the early hours of this morning, after a fight broke out at a house party in Cuidad Quesada near Alicante on the Costa Brava

The Olive Press, which is a Spanish expat newspaper, reported that a police manhunt in now underway following the incident.

Local police have said the victim was 'stabbed in the neck.'

The Liverpool Echo claims that the victim is a young man from the Woodvale area of Southport, and is believed to be around 18 years old and well known in the area.
