Dream Vacations/CruiseOne recently announced new marketing tools for its travel advisors, including a post-booking tool that encourages consumers to review their advisor.
The tool automatically sends surveys to clients via email or SMS text message. It prompts them to review their advisor’s Google My Business, Facebook or Yelp pages.
According to Dream Vacations/CruiseOne, the new tool will not only help advisors rack up reviews, but it will also increase their visibility via search engines.
New marketing assets are also available, including print ads, flyers, social media posts and more. Copy and design have been updated, and the assets now include QR codes that will go to the website of the agent’s choice. More video content is also being provided.
The new assets and post-booking tool were unveiled at Dream Vacations/CruiseOne’s first Marketing Summit.
